Dignity Health has been honored with the “Emerging User Award” for 2016 from Key Green Solutions, the leading sustainability management software company. The award recognized Dignity Health for their engagement and commitment to improving sustainability and growing the sustainability culture at their organization. Over 80% of the hospitals are above average in energy use efficiency. Over 75% of the hospitals are above 25% recycling.

University Hospitals Samaritan has been honored with the “Sustainability Tracking Award for a Medium Hospital” for 2016 from Key Green Solutions, the leading sustainability management software company. The award recognizes University Hospitals Samaritan as the best performing medium (0-99 beds) hospital that is successfully measuring, setting system goals, benchmarking, and creating and culture of sustainability. University Hospitals Samaritan stands out with their strong commitment to water. They achieved top 25% lowest in water.

Key Green Gives Back
Key Green Solutions sponsored and volunteered in the 5th annual Rivertown Races, a half marathon and 5k which supported local organizations dedicated to children’s health, education, and well-being.
The Key Green team worked an aid station in the half marathon run, handing out water, Gatorade, and cheering on the participants. Our company values staying involved in the community and giving back to local organizations.

Key Green Solutions Welcomes Tim Schuitema
Key Green Solutions is thrilled to welcome Tim Schuitema, our newest Implementation Coordinator, to the Key Green Solutions family.
Tim Schuitema is a graduate of Calvin College with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration and Psychology. While at Calvin College, Tim spent time volunteering at Adam’s Head Start and interning at Weather Shield Roofing providing customers with estimates. Tim brings excellent project management skills, customer service, and flexibility to his position at Key Green Solutions.
