VA San Diego Healthcare System has been honored with a “Sustainability Management
Excellence” Award 2013 from Key Green Solutions, the leading hospital sustainability
management software company. The Management Excellence Award recognizes health
systems that are successfully measuring, setting system goals, benchmarking,
and creating a culture of sustainability.
“This award demonstrates VA San Diego Healthcare System’s commitment to their patients and community through their system-wide sustainability initiatives” said Jeff Burks, Relationship Manager of Key Green Solutions. “Ms. Jean Parkinson and her leadership team have taken sustainability in healthcare to the next level as one of the nations leader’s in sustainability.”
The Key Green Solutions Sustainability Management Excellence Awards were presented in Boston, MA at the Key Green Solutions reception on April 24, 2013.
